Business Planning Workshops

Andrew Klebanow and his strategic partner, Dean Macomber, have taught courses in casino management, casino marketing, and have conducted business planning workshops with casino leadership in a number of jurisdictions.  Mr. Macomber taught the Casino Management course at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and Andrew Klebanow taught classes at the University of Nevada Reno.  Together, they have assembled an educational program designed to teach both gaming and non-gaming managers business principles of casino operations and casino marketing.  In addition, they offer workshops in business planning.

Market Planning Seminars

Klebanow Consulting offers a variety of seminars for casino marketing professionals, including how to develop the annual marketing plan, principles of casino marketing for non-gaming hospitality professionals, and analysis of marketing programs for financial professionals.
